Summer recreation program
The Morristown Recreation Program is open to all children in the Morristown area.
The Morristown Recreation Committee is a dynamic collaboration between the Town of Morristown and Morristown Central School. We work to coordinate several programs for youth in our community.
Our Programs Include:
Summer Swimming Lessons: Lessons take place at Keewaydin State Park, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays for four weeks beginning in early July. Bus pickup for children age 5 and above is available in Morristown, Brier Hill, and Hammond.
Summer Softball and T-Ball: Several teams are forming, and sponsors are being sought. Registration is available through the Morristown Central School System.
The Annual Morristown 5K Race on July 6th. Registration that day starts at 8, with the race beginning at 9 a.m.

Morristown Central School often helps distribute forms and information to its students. One reservoir of information and registration forms is in the main office.
