The Thousand Islands vacation area begins here and runs to Lake Ontario. The Town is comprised of three separate, but united hamlets: Edwardsville, Brier Hill, and Morristown. The Town of Morristown is accepting sealed bids for trusses and metal roofing material. There are approximately 13 trusses that are 24 ft. long. If you are interested in seeing these items or would like information, please call the Town Clerk’s Office between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. at 315-375-6510. All bids must be in a sealed envelope marked “SEALED BID” and received by the Town Clerk by 4:00 pm on Tuesday, August 11, 2026.
NYS Property Maintenance Code requires homeowners to maintain exterior areas of their properties. Grass, weeds, and brush should not be more than 10" in height. Notices have been sent to violators. Questions: Contact the Code Enforcement Officer at 315-375-8572.
